Details of the Job/Internship
Bisani Legal is hiring a litigation associate to join them remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Representation:
- Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and commercial dispute cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Handle court appearances and draft pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Drafting and Documentation:
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to commercial transactions and disputes.
- Prepare detailed legal notices, replies, and other necessary documentation.
Case Management:
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
Litigation Support:
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and arbitration sessions.
- Coordinate with other team members to gather and organize evidence, case files, and legal arguments.
Client Consultation:
- Provide legal consultation and advice to clients on matters related to arbitration and commercial disputes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- At least two years of experience in arbitration and commercial disputes.
- Strong understanding of arbitration laws, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters independently
