Details of the Job/Internship

Juristi Legal LLP is hiring a Litigation Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, and arbitration claims/defenses.
• Represent clients in district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Conduct document vetting and legal research to support case strategies.
• Manage end-to-end litigation processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining high standards.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, or Industrial Law.
• Outstanding drafting and legal research capabilities.
• Compelling courtroom presence with persuasive advocacy skills.
• Deep expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, business, and industrial laws.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi with professional etiquette.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric approach.
• Ability to strategize, make swift decisions, and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Candidates based in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi preferred.

Salary/Stipend
