Jurisiti is a New Delhi-based law firm with a strong focus on litigation and legal advisory. Founded in 2024 by Nitin Naresh, they are backed by a team of experienced litigation advocates, including two Advocate on Record (AOR) in the Supreme Court of India. 

Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for experienced Litigation Advocates across various locations in India to collaborate with them in representing their clients in court. This role is collaborative and does not involve direct employment. Advocates will be responsible for court appearances and litigation management, while our firm will handle client acquisition, case briefing, research, and documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings based on cases assigned by Jurisiti Legal LLP.
• Manage litigation processes, including hearings, trials, and legal arguments.
• Collaborate with their legal team, which will handle client interactions, case research, and drafting.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with their firm regarding case progress.

Eligibility

• Advocates with 3 to 13 years of litigation experience.
• Strong expertise in handling cases in District Courts, High Courts, or the Supreme Court of India.
• Individuals or law firms looking for strategic collaboration opportunities.
• Advocates with experience in civil, commercial, corporate, arbitration, or criminal litigation.

Salary/Stipend
