Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring a Litigation Advocate with 2–3 years of experience to handle matters from Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters across civil, commercial, corporate, business, industrial, labour, and consumer laws.
• Represent clients independently before courts and forums.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Manage filing procedures and court processes.
• Present arguments independently.

Eligibility

• LL.M. preferred.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong interest and experience in core litigation.
• Ability to handle drafting, filing, research, and arguments independently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
