Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Full-Time Core Litigation Advocate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their on-site office at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle client disputes independently from strategy formulation to final resolution.
• Conduct detailed legal research, draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
• Appear before courts and tribunals to present arguments and submissions.
• Manage filing procedures, case follow-ups, and client communications.
• Deliver efficient and result-oriented legal representation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
• Expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial, and labour law matters.
• Excellent drafting, pleading, and argumentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must work on-site; no hybrid, freelance, or retainership options.
• Candidates residing in South West or West Delhi preferred.

Salary/Stipend

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
