Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Litigation Advocate with experience of 6–7+ years to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage litigation and arbitration matters.
- Develop case strategies and conduct detailed legal research.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
- Work towards achieving favourable outcomes in line with client objectives.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 6–7+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Strong experience in Delhi courts and tribunals.
- Expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, consumer, recovery, DRT, labour laws, and arbitration matters.
- Ability to manage cases independently from filing to enforcement.
- Strong drafting, pleading, and oral advocacy skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Professional conduct and prompt responsiveness.
- Preference for candidates residing in South West Delhi or West Delhi.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
