Legodesk is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal affairs of the organization.
- Advise on compliance matters and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage legal documents.
- Provide legal consultation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee legal operations and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
- Contribute to the development of efficient legal processes within the organization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; additional certifications in corporate or business law are a plus.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in Criminal Law.
- Experience in legal document preparation and management.
- Proficiency in legal consulting and advising on legal matters.
- Understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Skills in managing legal affairs, handling contracts, disputes, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the financial, banking, or technology sectors is an advantage.
- Fluency in Kannada.
