Details of the Job/Internship
SRT Law Associates is hiring a Litigation Advocate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft petitions, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case notes.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Prepare for trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
- Engage with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues on case preparation and courtwork
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent qualification with Bar Council enrollment.
- 1–2 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of civil and criminal litigation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for court work.
