Details of the Job/Internship

SRT Law Associates is hiring a Litigation Advocate with relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and prepare case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case laws.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including family law matters.
• Attend hearings and collaborate with clients to address legal requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of case-related documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Proficiency in litigation processes, court procedures, and client representation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in Kannada.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to courts.
• Prior experience in litigation or related legal fields preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
