Details of the Job/Internship
MPartners is hiring a Litigation Advocate / Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation and appear in court on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Manage litigation cases.
- Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Strive to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 3+ years of experience in litigation and courtroom representation.
- Strong skills in legal research, legal drafting, and legal writing.
- Expertise in litigation, legal representation, and court appearances.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Indian legal procedures and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
