Details of the Job/Internship
BPTP Ltd. is hiring for a Litigation and Corporate Contracts role to join their office in Noida. The position involves handling end-to-end litigation management, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on compliance matters, and assessing legal risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end litigation management for civil, criminal, and land matters.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and court pleadings, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, construction, project, service provider, marketing, vendor, sales/lease, investment, settlement, and other contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Advise on statutory compliance, including labour, environment, and DPDP regulations.
- Supervise legal and regulatory compliance audits and provide guidance.
- Identify and assess legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and legal counsel.
Eligibility
- 10–12 years of experience with a reputed developer, EPC, construction company, or FMCG in the NCR.
- Five-year integrated law degree or three-year LL.B from a premier law institute.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
