Details of the Job/Internship
S&A Law Offices is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation & Arbitration with 3–5 years of experience (candidates with 5+ years may also apply) to join their offices in Delhi or Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in courts and arbitration proceedings.
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, writs, claims, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with legal teams, clients, senior counsel, and paralegals.
- Maintain client communication and manage case progress.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates.
- Contribute to legal content development (articles, updates, etc.).
- Handle full arbitration lifecycle including notice, claims, defenses, and court proceedings related to awards.
- Assist with business development and litigation practice growth.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.A. LL.B / LL.B, AIBE qualified, and registered with the Bar Council of India.
- Experience: 3–5 years (Candidates with more than 5 years may also apply).
- Hands-on experience in court litigation and arbitration.
- Experience in handling corporate and commercial disputes.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and research.
- Exposure to cross-examination and arbitration processes from initiation to final award.
