Details of the Job/Internship
Holla Mitran & Co. LLP is hiring a Litigation Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support its tax litigation practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting representations, replies, submissions, and appeals before various tax authorities.
- Support the preparation of written submissions and compilation of elevant documents for litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research on statutory provisions, rules, and judicial precedents relating to tax laws.
- Assist in documentation, case file management, and coordination for ongoing litigation proceedings.
- Maintain organised records and support the team in meeting litigation timelines and procedural requirements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate with 1–2 years of experience in litigation or tax-related matters.
- Demonstrated interest in legal research and drafting.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple assignments.
