Details of the Job/Internship
Marat Law is hiring for the position of Litigation Assistant to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and organize legal documents and case files.
- Assist in managing court calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates.
- Provide administrative and legal support to senior attorneys.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in case preparation for hearings and trials.
- Perform legal research and compile findings as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related legal field.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and litigation procedures.
- Prior experience in calendaring and managing legal proceedings is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary/Stipend
