The firm and its associates handle matters across Delhi/NCR and focus on Trial Court, High Court, and Tribunal practice.

Details of the Job/Internship

Prasanna Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate (Criminal Litigation) with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Noida, Sector 127.

Note: Apply only if comfortable travelling to or based in Noida. Court in the morning, office hours in Sector 127, Noida until 8–8:30 PM.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle A to Z of matters including briefing, list of dates, and drafting of various applications such as bail, revisions, and matrimonial petitions.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare for criminal trials, including cross-examinations and arguments.
• File matters in courts, obtain vakalatnamas from jails, and manage other court-related tasks.
• Drafting for High Court matters, including preparation for arguments.
• Engage in due diligence and related work for banks and companies.
• Opportunity to independently handle matters with support and guidance from seniors.

Eligibility

• 1-2 years of experience in courts of Delhi/NCR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• License to practice law in India.
• Prior experience in litigation.
• Strong understanding of Indian law and legal system.
• Well-versed with CrPC/BNSS, IPC/BNS, and Evidence Act/BSA.
• Good knowledge of trial court practice and procedure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
