During my practice, he has been associated with various Law Firms and lawyers across India and accepts instructions on matters before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, District Courts & Tribunal in and around Chandigarh and has experience in various issues pertaining to White Collar Crime, Corruption Cases, Commercial Disputes, Media and Entertainment, Real Estate Disputes, Civil Disputes, Arbitration & Conciliation Act and Tender Matters.

Abhinav Sood is looking for a Litigation Associate based out of Chandigarh with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Job Description
- Drafting & handling matters before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, District Courts (tri-city), NCLT, RERA and Arbitral Tribunals.
- Provide support in offering legal solutions to clients, Drafting legal documents and Legal Research.
- Providing corporate advisory on various industry-related issues.
