Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents in Hindi and English.
- Appear in court and undertake regular follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Assist in hearings and litigation strategy.
- Coordinate with clients and manage matters efficiently.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Proficiency in Hindi drafting is mandatory.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently with attention to detail.
