Details of the Job/Internship

Aanand Nirmal and Associates, Advocates is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Litigation Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in courts, cross-examination, and final arguments, including interlocutory applications.
• The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Law and Litigation skills.
• Experience in conducting legal research and drafting motions.
• Ability to prepare for depositions and represent clients in courts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills:- English and Marathi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in the specific areas of law practiced by the firm is a plus; E.G. CIVIL, REVENUE, DRT.
