Details of the Job/Internship

Ab Initio Legal LLP is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with 2–4 years of core litigation experience to join their dynamic team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling diverse litigation matters.
• Managing case filings, documentation, and client communications.
• Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation.
• Appearing before various courts and tribunals.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of solid litigation experience.
• Proficiency in drafting, filing, client coordination, and court appearances.
• Experience with District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals.
• Strong legal research, administrative, case management, and drafting skills.
• Team player with accountability, ability to work under pressure, and manage workload effectively.

Salary/Stipend
