Details of the Job/Internship

Acelegal is hiring Litigation Associates to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day tasks will include researching relevant laws and regulations, drafting legal documents, preparing and conducting legal analysis, and assisting with court proceedings at Bombay High Court and other tribunals.
• You will work closely with the legal team to provide support and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law along with enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharastra and Goa.
• Experience in litigation and knowledge of civil laws.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Previous experiernce in a law firm or legal department.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
