It provides a hands-on environment for legal professionals to engage in active courtroom advocacy.
Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Prabhav Srivastava is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Prayagraj.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft Writ Petitions, Appeals, and Original Applications for various judicial forums.
- Prepare Securitisation Applications and other specialized litigation documents.
- Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases and arguments.
- Assist in court proceedings before the Allahabad High Court and various Tribunals.
- Participate in court arguments and provide litigation support to the lead counsel.
- Manage case files and track litigation matters across DRT, DRAT, CAT, and NCLT.
- Coordinate the filing of legal documents and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years of active litigation experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in legal drafting and comprehensive legal research.
- Familiarity: Prior exposure to the Allahabad High Court, DRT, DRAT, CAT, or NCLT is essential.
- Availability: Candidates must be ready for an immediate joining.
