The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, appearing in courts, and providing legal support on various cases.
Eligibility
- Legal research and writing skills.
- Experience with motions and court appearances.
- Ability to conduct depositions.
- Knowledge of court procedures and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in handling diverse litigation matters is a plus.
