Details of the Job/Internship
AK Tiwari & Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court on behalf of clients.
- The Litigation Associate is also responsible for managing a caseload and communicating with clients.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of Indian law and legal procedures specially Hindu Marriage Act and CPC.
- Experience in drafting pleadings and motions.
- Excellent legal research skills.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Ability to appear in court on behalf of clients and communicate with clients effectively.
- Experience in the courts of UP and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Experience in family and criminal law is a plus.
