Details of the Job/Internship

Alba Law Offices is hiring a Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join their team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear and assist in hearings before DRT, NCLT, High Courts and other forums.
• Draft petitions, replies, written submissions and other pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate with external counsel.
• Manage case files and maintain timely updates on proceedings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 4–6 years of litigation experience (law firm experience mandatory).
• Strong understanding of recovery and insolvency laws.
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills

Salary/Stipend
