Anand and Anand is hiring a Litigation Associate with a strong technical background and legal expertise to join their Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and arbitration matters across various forums.
• Draft pleadings, replies, legal notices, and opinions.
• Assist in strategizing legal positions in disputes involving technical subject matter.
• Coordinate with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel.
• Represent clients in pre-litigation advisory, negotiation, and dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels to provide comprehensive litigation support.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a Tier 1 law school.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Technical background preferred.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Salary/Stipend
