Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and arbitration cases across various legal forums.
• Draft pleadings, replies, legal notices, and opinions.
• Assist in strategizing for disputes involving complex technical subject matter.
• Coordinate with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel.
• Provide pre-litigation advisory and support dispute resolution.
• Maintain case files and ensure adherence to legal procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels for litigation support.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a Tier 1 law school.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Technical background preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary/Stipend
