Anand and Anand is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and appear in litigation and arbitration matters across multiple forums.
• Draft pleadings, replies, legal notices, opinions, and related documents.
• Assist in developing dispute strategies, particularly in cases involving technical or technological subject matter.
• Coordinate with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel to strengthen case strategy.
• Represent clients in pre-litigation advisory, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels to provide comprehensive litigation support.
