Details of the Job/Internship
Anand and Anand is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 1–3 years to support litigation and arbitration matters involving technology, intellectual property, regulatory, and commercial disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and arbitration matters before various legal forums.
- Draft pleadings, replies, legal notices, and legal opinions.
- Assist in developing legal strategies for disputes involving technical or technological subject matters.
- Coordinate with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel.
- Represent clients in pre-litigation advisory, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and timelines.
- Work with internal teams and external counsels to support litigation matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a Tier 1 law school.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Technical background preferred.
- Strong legal research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
