Details of the Job/Internship

BeIN Legal LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office at Hyderabad House.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal cases and maintain documentation.
• Draft, review, and submit legal motions.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Assist in depositions and prepare summaries.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Membership in the Bar Council is required.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and court procedures.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
• Experience in handling depositions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
