Details of the Job/Internship

Bisani Legal is looking for a dedicated Litigation Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for lawyers with at least 2 years of experience in Bangalore courts who are keen to transition into commercial litigation and arbitration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts in Bangalore for hearings and arguments.
• Draft petitions, pleadings, written statements, and legal opinions.
• Handle arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case preparation.
• Interact with clients and keep them updated on case progress.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on complex disputes.

Eligibility

• Lawyers with at least 2 years of experience in Bangalore courts.
• Must be staying in or near Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore (this is non-negotiable)
• Should have prior experience in handling litigation matters independently.
• Strong drafting, research, and court presentation skills.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.

Salary/Stipend
