Details of the Job/Internship
BR Law Corporation is hiring a Litigation Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its Dispute Resolution team in Singapore. The role involves working on civil and commercial litigation matters, including cases with cross-border elements, as well as family law matters requiring sensitivity and strong advocacy skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting submissions, affidavits, and other court documents.
- Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations under supervision.
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution options under supervision.
- Assisting in case preparation, trial management, and negotiations.
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
