Details of the Job/Internship

Chadha & Chadha is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, written statements, legal notices, interim applications, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conducting legal research on IP laws, case precedents, and procedural aspects.
• Assisting in court proceedings, hearings, and case strategy development.
• Managing IP enforcement actions, including cease-and-desist notices and infringement analysis.
• Coordinating with clients, experts, and investigators for evidence collection and case preparation.
• Handling filings before courts and tribunals, including High Courts and IP offices.
• Monitoring ongoing cases and maintaining case records and updates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in IP litigation, with law firm experience preferred.
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
