Chambers of Aditya Lele is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
- Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts, Appellate Courts, High Court & Tribunals.
Eligibility
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
- Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
- Appearance before - High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents during the course of the proceedings.
- Good research skills.
- Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
- Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
- LL. B with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
