Advocate Mohammed Asim have 3 years of managerial experience and more than 5 years of legal experience. I work as an advocate/counsel at Bombay High Court. Practiced at High Courts, Criminal Courts, Civil Courts, DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, And various other courts and tribunals. Advocate Mohammed Asim have an aptitude for legal research and interpretation of statutes and laws in different jurisdictions. Advocate Mohammed Asim have working knowledge of Dubai laws and can work with ease in MENA jurisdiction.
Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Advocate Mohammed Asim is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting Writ Petitions, Criminal Complaints, Civil Suits, Notices and other such Applications to be filed before various courts of law.
- Appearing before various courts of law including but not limited to Magistrate Courts, Sessions Court, DRT, DRAT, Charity Commissioner, Civil Courts and Bombay High Court.
- Regular communication with clients keeping them abreast with the status of litigation.
- Liasoning with clerks and court staff for filing and keeping track of litigation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the seniors.
Eligibility
- LL.B Degree from a recognised University.
- 3+ Years of experience in handling civil, criminal, banking, finance and commercial litigation.
- Proficient Drafting Skills.
- Well versed in Client Communication.
- Confident in advancing Arguments before Courts of Law.
- Case Management. Litigation Management.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent command over English language.
- Team player having ability to work under minimum supervision.
Salary/Stipend
Rs. 25,000/- Per month.
