Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Advocate Niharika Ahluwalia is hiring 1 (one) Litigation Associate with 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their office in Sector-29, Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the Chambers in various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and specialized tribunals like the NCLT and NCDRC.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare well-articulated pleadings for diverse civil matters.
- Manage case portfolios involving Company Law, Land Acquisition, Consumer Protection, and Matrimonial Laws.
- Assist senior counsel in government panel matters and complex civil trial proceedings.
- Coordinate with clients, draft case briefs, and ensure timely filing and procedural compliance across different courts.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Technical Expertise: Strong command over civil procedures, drafting, and interpretation of substantive laws.
- Competencies: Ability to handle a high-volume, dynamic workload and conduct legal research in specialized areas of civil and corporate law.
- Traits: Professional demeanor, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to articulate complex legal arguments effectively in court.
