Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Krishna Grandhi, Senior Advocate, is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in drafting, court appearances, legal research, and client communication in corporate litigation matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting of writs, petitions, applications, and memos before the High Court, NCLT, Commercial Court, Civil Courts, and DRT for AORs.
• Entering appearances before various courts and adjudicating authorities, including conducting effective appearances.
• Researching the law, applying the facts to the researched issues, and preparing case notes as a work product.
• Conducting client communications, both offline and online, and managing and updating the client database with case statuses.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigator working at a law firm or at a lawyer’s chambers.
• Specific experience in corporate litigation is preferred.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Candidate must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
