Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Sahil Monga is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate (0–2 PQE) to join its New Delhi office from 1st February 2026. The role offers hands-on exposure across various forums and aspects of litigation practice, along with opportunities to develop drafting, research, and courtroom skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and written submissions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare research notes.
• Attend court hearings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and District Courts.
• Prepare legal opinions.
• Assist in briefing senior counsel.
• Handle e-filing, procedural compliances, and litigation-related administrative work.

Eligibility

• LL.B. and qualified to practise law in India.
• PQE of 0–2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Pro, SCC Online, and Manupatra.
• Prior achievements in moot courts, debating, academic research, or publications are preferred.
