Chittranjan, Shah, Kay Legal & Associates LLP is hiring for the position of Litigation Associates with the experience of 2 years to join their office in Mumbai. They are opening 4 positions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and oversee cases within Special Courts, Sessions Courts, CMM, DRT, NCLT, HC, and SC.
- Conduct thorough legal research to build a strong foundation for cases and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and petitions required for court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Post qualification experience 2 year.
