Details of the Job/Internship

Clarvis Legal LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in South Extension – I, New Delhi. The role involves drafting, legal research, court filings, assisting in hearings, and coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions.
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
• Assisting in court appearances and client briefings.
• Managing physical and e-filings before courts.
• Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials.

Eligibility

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holding a valid Bar license.
• Good drafting and legal research skills.
• Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices.
• Hands-on experience with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
• Strong courtroom presence.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Salary/Stipend
