Details of the Job/Internship

CoreSync is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate with 3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
• Manage complete litigation lifecycle — from filing to final hearing.
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, affidavits, notices, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case notes and opinions.
• Liaise with clients, external counsel, and enforcement authorities.
• Oversee procedural compliance, filings, and hearing schedules.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and litigation best practices within the team.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university; registered with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in civil, criminal, and arbitration litigation.
• Proven track record of handling cases independently.
• Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
