Details of the Job/Internship

Dhadda & Co is hiring a Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their office in Jaipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft replies to scrutiny notices, audit objections, and show cause notices.
• Prepare appeals, written submissions, and supporting documentation for adjudicating and appellate authorities.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft advisory notes on complex GST and indirect tax issues.
• Represent clients during departmental investigations, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to manage documentation and litigation strategy.

Eligibility

• Qualification: CA (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1–3 years in Indirect Tax Litigation, including hands-on drafting and representation.
• Strong research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions and manage multiple litigation matters concurrently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
