Dhruve Liladhar & Co. is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 2-3 years to join their office in Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear across various courts and tribunals to represent client interests.
- Conduct detailed legal research and perform high-level drafting of legal documents.
- Manage court filings and ensure all procedural requirements are met.
- Assist Partners in developing case strategies and providing client advisory services.
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters independently.
- Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously while maintaining clear client communication.
- Engage in negotiations and utilize strong advocacy skills to resolve disputes.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in drafting, legal research, and negotiation.
- Competencies: Ability to independently manage caseloads and interact effectively with clients.
- Background: Prior exposure to litigation, arbitration, and ADR procedures.
