Emerge Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their Gurugram office full-time. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing motions and court documents, assisting with depositions and court proceedings, and supporting contract-related litigation. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Draft motions and other court documents.
• Assist with depositions and court proceedings.
• Support contract-related litigation and provide strategic legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; admission to the Bar Council of India required.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case law analysis.
• Experience with depositions and court proceedings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in litigation or contract-related legal services preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Salary/Stipend
