Details of the Job/Internship

Faros Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office in Bengaluru in a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing and drafting legal motions.
• Conducting thorough legal research.
• Attending depositions and representing clients in court.
• Working closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal support.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required; Master’s in Law (LL.M.) preferred.
• Proficient in law and court procedures.
• Experience in drafting motions and conducting research.
• Skills in handling depositions and representing clients in court.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous experience in a litigation role is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
