Details of the Job/Internship

FF & Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 5 to 7 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial dispute matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and other commercial litigation.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on admin and constitutional law issues.
• Independently draft and review legal documents for litigation in commercial disputes, administrative proceedings, and constitutional matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop effective legal strategies for resolving disputes and constitutional challenges.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and administrative proceedings, advocating on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents related to commercial disputes, admin, and constitutional law.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Associate with a litigation firm, with a strong focus on drafting of litigious documents and pleadings.
• Knowledge of commercial litigation procedures, administrative law, and constitutional principles.
• Legal drafting, research, analysis, and presenting skills.
• Demonstrated experience in representing clients in commercial disputes and administrative proceedings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple complex cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
