GDroit Advocates is a boutique law firm providing litigation and corporate legal services to clients in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Founded in 2011, the team specializes in understanding the intricacies of clients' businesses with service offerings that include setting up of businesses, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, M&A and private equity documents, corporate advisory, statutory and regulatory compliance, trial and appellate litigation, international and domestic arbitration, disputes prevention (including dispute avoidance), and dispute management.

Details of the Job/Internship

GDroit Advocates is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel to courts outside Bengaluru, including Kolar, Anekal, and Devanahalli.
• (Comprehensive transport arrangements are provided for such travel; local conveyance is reimbursed upon claim submission.)
• Proficiency in Kannada is essential, as many land-related documents from outside jurisdictions are in Kannada.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, completion of provisional Bar Council enrolment is preferred before joining.
• Strong drafting skills will be assessed during the recruitment process.
• The role begins with a three-month probationary period.
• Retainer pay will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall aptitude.
