Details of the Job/Internship
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate with 5-6 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients before District and High Courts, managing filing and listing procedures with efficiency.
- Assist in preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with senior counsel on case strategies and litigation planning.
- Ensure adherence to legal protocols, court rules, and compliance standards.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed law college.
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- 5–6 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on dispute resolution and litigation.
- Proficiency in High Court and District Court procedures including filing, listings, and court appearances.
- Exceptional drafting, written, and verbal communication skills.
