Details of the Job/Internship

HouseEazy is hiring a Litigation Associate to join them in their Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Case Management, Prepare for Trails, Record keeping.
• Real Estate property related documents due diligence.
• Vetting and drafting of different real estate agreements.
• Negotiation & discussion with clients on any legal aspect related to the Agreements.
• Drafting of legal documents i.e., legal notices, legal emails, legal letters.
• Inter-team coordination, maintenance of required data and other miscellaneous tasks. 

Eligibility

• A bachelor’s degree in law with 0.5-1 years of PQE and internships with corporate legal department of any company or a law firm.
• Proven experience in Legal Department, particularly in the real estate industry.
• Excellent drafting, communication with the ability to draft all sort of real estate agreements, and documents, must be aware of the legal process applicable in Real Estate Sector.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
