HouseEasy is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including case preparation, legal research, and drafting pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Review and analyze legal documents and evidence.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends to provide informed counsel.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in [insert relevant jurisdiction].
• Minimum of [2-5] years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
