Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Bengaluru office. The role requires fluency in Kannada and a strong foundation in trial court practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before trial courts, tribunals, and judicial forums across Karnataka.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and arguments.
• Liaise with clients, court staff, and senior advocates.
• Maintain case records, trackers, and reporting documentation.
• Assist in arbitration and appellate matters as required.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Fluency in Kannada (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory.
• Strong drafting, research, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend
